Open Studios at Hope Art Center

July 22, 2013

The neighborhood of South Park, Dayton, is home to many creatives, their studios tucked away in their historic mansions and cottages.  The Hope Lutheran Church on Hickory Street, aka the Hope Art Center, is also a home to many artists–including 10 private artist studios, ceramics and printmaking spaces, and a gallery–and now a destination for creative activity.  Early in July, several artists shared their studios during an open house event featuring the “Generations” Big Band, tons of food, dancing and art.
